WATCH: Karl Lagerfeld’s newest short film for @Chanel, “Once Upon A Time…”. Set in 1912, Gabrielle “Coco Chanel” Bonheur, played by Keira Knightley, opens her first Chanel boutique. The film beautifully depicts life & fashion in the early 1900’s, and touches on the origins of Chanel’s menswear and costume jewelry inspiration. A beautiful cast, and simple, yet well-executed plot, makes this one of Lagerfeld’s best (and least confusing) films to date. xoxo
